Hi, all. I'm trying to make up my mind and settle on a game to stick with and join a guild. In particular, I'd like one where it's easy to play with other people instead of always being solo for everything. My favorite game ever was City of Heroes. I've played some of Rift, SWTOR, Guild Wars 2, and I've tried a little of WoW. I didn't dislike any of them, but I'd like advice on where it's most likely I'll get to play in groups easily. My favorite playstyle is the healer/support role so being able to team up is important to me. I'll happily pay for a subscription, but I'm having a hard time deciding on one to settle in to. Thanks in advance.

Quite a few former CoH players have migrated over to The Secret World.

The only time i can ever find a group in WOW is in a dungeon, Raid, Or Garrison Campaighn...lol
Make/join a guild :P
But yeah, idk. I mainly like playing solo. Duels, world PvP. That's where I have the most fun.
I'm not much of a pve player, but I can admit that healing or basically any group role in WoW was the most fun pve I've had.
It is amazingly fun to join dungeons and heal/tank especially if you have friends in that group instead of random wee kids crying constantly.
I'd suggest wow solely for the reasons that healing is fun and grouping is encouraged from almost start of the game.
I returned to Lotro recently and have forgotten how much fun it was and I'm on a mixed EU/USA server Evernight, but if I remember rightly brandywine is the busiest server now and people are always grouping and helping folks to get to lvl 100 in my guild. It's free to play too however you can become a VIP and open the game further if you like it. As for people saying wow that had me chuckling never played such a single player MMO nightmare to find groups according to my friend who keeps trying to get me to play that pile of poop!!! I think it got voted in the recent best MMO on here though I didn't and don't vote on that just heard from players in game. My brother played Never Winters Night as it appears they released the dragons but not my cup of tea so you could look that up too as it'd free to play.
Good luck finding a game if you decide to pop into Lotro and need help message me here Ill get you sorted.
