I just started a corp because I got a few friends to join. We want to move in 0.0 space where we can pvp all day. But we wanted to have a station in 0.0 but there is no way I could afford it atm. I am not a rich person, and I can barely support myself. Could you guys give me some tips to help me make my corperation strong enough to survive in 0.0 space? If I were to recruit noobies or viets, what things could I do to make them stay in my corperation?

1/ a well organized system : to prevent corp thief, divert ur hangar to several section like ammos, ships, named loot, normal loot, thing like that ... and direct member's roles
2/searching for allience that accept small corps or giving out hunting liscene in 0.0 regions , ISS - IRON - PA - UO smth ... alot of them out there, to support urself 1st , find it urself a suitable space u called home
3/ pirating was alway forbiden in these allience space so try to jump in allience wars instead or lauching raiding campaigns ? declare wars on these meneceries, good practing targets so far - no need to concern about them, they alway declare wars on weaker corps, make u guys famous
4/team works and friendship make u guys 2gether, Teamspeak are good thing to add on. try some tournaments or free-for-all t1 frigates or cruisers fight ? depend on u.
5/ dont try to be smart and jump in any politic problems so soon, a pain in @ss I must say, keep quite until u guys r strong enough
basic tip , gl mate

Ya thanks man
If your really serious about it then you might want to think about picking up E-ON Issue #02 - there is a well written article on methods of recruiting, giving tips etc. hell even if you dont want it for that I'd say pick it up anyway, its all a very good read.

corps need to accumalate a certain ammount of gravity for them to be a sucess. choosing the appropiate name for you corp is one of the first and important tasks. different names can attract different types of people.
you are lucky you have some friends to start things off with, the corp i setup started was only me, and the first recruits were mostly some friends alts. We're now have about 12 active members after about 10 months! though we are quite a speciality corp, with few others in our line of business. anyway, once you get enough players together you get a good bit of momentum going, and things become a little easier. i would say that recruitment is a continuous process. some people are invariably going to join your corp and leave a few months later. it's important to have a steady trickle of new recruits, to add new blood.
be a little circumspect about who you recruit. people who have little standings with NPCs are usually quite suspicious as someone's alt. interviewing a potential recruit is as much about finding out whether your corp is suitable for him/her as well as them being suitable for your corp. i find it's best to be honest about things, and if there are any short comings, let them know. welcoming in new corp members takes a lot of time investment, better to recruit a few less, but know they are more likely to stay, than recruiting lots and finding half of them leave.
The key to a great corp that can survive is the amount of organsation.
I would suggest you look at a few basics to get your Corp up and running well :-
1) Make sure you have a website/forum. Forum especially useful, no matter how basic, for communicating between members who might not get together at the same times.
2) Don't aim too high to early : Going to 0.0 as a small Corp, while certainly possible, is a huge step to take. Build up your corp members within Empire space first, then as your Corp grows, look for an opportunity to strike a deal with an existing Alliance already in 0.0. One semi determined attempt to kick your corp out of 0.0 by a medium/large corp could easily break your corp. If an alliance gtes involved with kicking you out, it will be very difficult for you to remain with small numbers.
3) Decide your objectives, (such as get to 0.0 and build a POS) and then make smaller objectives on the way (get to 30 active members who can look after themsleves in Empire then look to move out for example)
4) Consider getting Teamspeak
5) When your as sure as you can be in a game, about people in your corp, make sure you hand responsibility to them for certain tasks. Without others in Director status helping the CEO to run the Corp on a day to day basis, it will fall apart. You can't be there 23/7 and you need people around you who share your vision, who can step up and make needed decisons while your not around.
6) Protect your assests. Make sure any BPO/major assests you have are locked away safely where only you, or maybe Directors can get to them. If your corp grows to the stage where you have people (such as managers) doing building for you, make copies and give them acess to the copies, not the originals.
7) I would suggest making a CEO alt, and your main being a Director. It has many advantages to do this. Takes about 3 hours to set up a CEO alt.
8) Don't be afraid to cull people from the corp who prove to be of small worth. A smaller, active set of people are far more of benefit than a larger group who are hardly ever on.
9) Don't get to bogged down in the admin of the corp. It is much more work as a CEO than as a normal player, but remember the rewards an be great as well. Just remember among the hard work to have fun as well for yourself.
10) Socialise. Make contacts where you can. Two or 3 starter corps at about the same level as yours may one day rise to form a great powerful Alliance, so don't be too keen to make enemies. You could either be a founding partner of that Alliance, or one of it's first victims, people don't forget easily early enemies.....
Good luck. I have been part of a large, well organised Corp in 0.0 and in an Alliance(quite high ranked), I have just started my own Corp (just for me and my 2nd account mind) and in a previous MMO (called DAoC) I started a guild with about 10 other people, that eventually grew into an Alliance of over 1200 players (half a server more or less), that I ran for near enough 2 years, so I know a bit about it. It is hard work, sometimes like a 2nd job, but also very rewarding if you get the balance right, with the right people.
There is plenty of game in Empire space. In fact I'd say that from what little I have seen, the ones who do well in 0.0 are the ones who have some solid acquisition and distribution and routes in Empire space. Those don't come easy.
Because when you finally do go and build a presence in wildspace, you will be able to stay only as long as you can get in massive amounts of supplies on a regular basis. What makes it harder is when you have gate pirates and alliance wars that will like nothing more than to PK your transports bringing in all the supplies from great distances.

Basing yourself out of 0.0 is a really bad idea, instead think of getting a small POS that can holds its on against most attackers that is a few jumps off of empire so that refueling and bring ships/modules is alot easier.
Getting your "own" station in 0.0 is well, a laugh, you need an ALLIANCE to hold down an outpost or a conquerable station, not a corp with a few friends. As for NPC stations in 0.0, they are usualy surrounded by raging wars that are always on going because all sides of the battlefield can dock and re-supply.
Those situations aren't usualy the best for small corps. There was once a small corp (7-8 months ago) that started up in 0.0 and pissed off the wrong alliance, they got war dec'd and all 20 of their members are killed and podded until they quit their corporations and the corps also lost several billion in modules after we blew up their large POS.
Just because there is a chance for more financial gain in a certain area dosen't mean that any invesment you put fourth will be a good one.
P.S. Don't want to sound all pesimistic and stuff but let's face it, people would rather kill you and benefit from your death than to see you become as strong as they are.
