Still no Invert mouse in ArcheAge?
Why can they not fix a simple thing that all other games have, Invert Mouse look!
Page after page om ArcheAge forums with ppl wanting Invert mouse and XLGames just ignores them for months now.
Myself and others will not play this game just because of this issue sadly.
XLGames, Shape up or get out of the game business!

I've been doing heavy traveling for the past couple of months. I didn't realize people still played Archeage.
I'm impressed. It seems to have more longevity than I expected.

Each one gives the importance to things the way they want it, you give importance to this little detail that is easy to solve, i have to accept that, doesnt mean i agree its a huge issue.
ArcheAge is still the only mmorpg current released worth playing for me, and yes it have some big issues that should be solve by XLGames, imo not playing a game only because miss a option like this is exageration.
But yeah, look at the bright side, maybe the game is not for you and the "others" you mentioned.
Honestly, you get all worked up about the mouse thing , but you can't do a little research on the game itself?

What is this "mouse invert" thingy good for ?
I am playing since launch everday for hours and haven't missed anything regarding the mouse options.
This game has so many issues I honestly don't think inverting the mouse look will stop it from tanking completely.
Everyone still playing are pinning their hopes that the release of 1.4 and then 1.7 shortly after will save the game. Because at the moment it is bleeding players at an incredible rate. Some servers still have a very healthy population, but ever diminishing.
Maybe the future major patch releases have fixed your issue along with countless other issues, but I'm no longer hopeful. The general consensus is that XLGames no longer cares how AA fares in the West. Any suggestions or complaints are met with total indifference.

its alrteady the best MMORPG out there.
Withe the next patches it will get even better. Playing daily and i never run out of things to do since launch.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still playing and enjoying the game as much as the labor will allow. And I'm really hoping the major updates turn the game around.
But I don't understand how you think that just because you are enjoying the game then that must translate into 'nobody is leaving and the game has no defects'.
If people leave to go play for example LOL instead i wonder if those ever have intended to play a serious MMORPG or just gone by the hype so they not a real lost. Also those who left for the "aimed" combat style are probably more of a shooter gamer then a MMORPG player and are probably best suited by a survival action games for example anyway.
There isn't a single MMORPG wich adapted a FPV combat sytle and being rich on features as an MMORPG, which also respects all playstyles, unfortunately.
ESO is a quest grinder with NO permanent world, in end game. Other so called MMORPG heavy rely on instances.
Archeage doesn't have much competition as an fanstasy MMORPG right now, with EVE online being the scify MMORPG competion. So is either EVE online or Archeage.
Might be in future there is new competition in the MMORPG genre if the release and launch of them go well, till then i dont see people abandon en masse their housing spots much on my server at least. (if housing spots are a indication of leaving /staying longerm, that is)
Or one could learn how to use the mouse like the other 99% of the people that play games.

Trion announces invert mouse has been added to ArcheAge... You cheer and download the game. Once logged in you realize there's no one there. What the hell? You find out they're all playing this other game now... but it has no invert mouse ability.
LOL, I love the irony in all this.
