The Star Citizen team has kicked off a brand new video series that will celebrate player and fan creations focused on Star Citizen. The series is hosted by Jared “Disco Lando” Huckaby who will shine the spotlight on podcasts, fanfics, videos, sites and more. Check out the first episode to see what it's all about.

AAA MMO's take a few years to make, so there's inevitably going to be quite a bit of "fucking around" when the hype train for the game has to be kept moving for years, not months.
Kickstarter games have this problem, because the hype train has to be running at full speed before development even starts, just to get the KS campaign funded. Traditionally funded games don't have this issue, because they only need to ramp-up their PR campaigns once the launch is imminent.
But regardless of what the SC team do, there'll always be some people complaining about it. Anyone who has read the forums for any game will know that that's an indisputable fact.
Well catch the golden fish or find the lamp and wish for instantaneous delivery. because that will be the only way anyone deliver before its actually finish...
