This game has been on my radar for ages now, and I can't wait to see their take on combat and their class system. Thanks for the chance to get involved!

Plain and simple, awesome story telling of Obsidian meets a hybrid of spectacle action game combat system, cooperative social non gameplay building elements, and Phatasy Star like design, but on a larger open world scale, and of course, God form gameplay. All for free or the reason for this giveaway, being the founder packs, which is a lot to be excited about, and worthy reason to want to support this game, let alone for the bonus items you receive.

MOAR DAKKA! Seriously, the game looks really good. Good graphics, interesting systems, badass giant guns. All developed by Obsidian, a company with a reputation for quality. Heck they turned Bethesda's disastrous treatment of the Fallout franchise (Elder scrolls with guns) into something playable and enjoyable with New Vegas.

If nothing else, the game's story and lore should be excellent. Obsidian has always done really well with that, rivaling (and surpassing in some cases) Bioware's pre Mass Effect 3 (read: while they still had Drew Karpyshyn) writing quality. Alpha Protocol is worth playing for the story and character interaction alone, despite the flawed and unbalanced game play.

Oh, and the fact that they're offering closed beta access with even the lowest tier founder's pack, something which a lot of these games don't do, shows that they really do care about gamers first, profits second.

TL;DR: Great looking game made by people who see gamers as, well, gamers and not dollar signs. What's not to like?

AN' DERE AIN'T NO SUCH FING AS ENUFF DAKKA, YA GROT! Enuff'z more than ya got an' less than too much an' there ain't no such fing as too much dakka. Say dere is, and me Squiggoff'z eatin' tonight!

We are born of the blood. Made men by the blood. Undone by the blood. Our eyes are yet to open. FEAR THE OLD BLOOD.

I've been following the development of this game for a while now, and at each update it just kept getting better and better. I've been looking for a MMO that is different from any other for a long time, a game which can give a high sense of accomplishment (becoming a god? check) with action-based combat, and Skyforge seems to fit the bill perfectly. The dev team is already experienced, and the partnership with Obsidian can only improve the final product. I'm looking forward to enter the next beta and try it out for myself.

Same reason as the last three times!

Seems like it's going to be a great game to play!

I've been following Skyforge for the past month or two. As a player of many MMOs and many RPG games on both console and PC, this MMO has struck me as something different from what I've experienced before. The idea that you can only have one character per account that can switch classes is both an exciting new way to imagine MMORPG playstyle and a innovative blending of MOBA style gameplay with traditional MMORPG elements. All of this has me excited to experience the game first hand to see just how this system will work. What has me most excited about a chance to participate in the upcoming CBT is the opportunity to get to see how class changing will work with PvE combat and missions.

Also, the system of prestige in place of levels with a follower system intrigues me. I want to see how that plays out.

Also, you get to play as a god. Who doesn't want that?

As player who still has active allods account, i must say i am very thrilled to see Skyforge proggresing towards  OBT.  I had lot of fun in allods, was one of very unique worlds and amazing  visual experience! So looking forward to see what this new game has to offer, seems very  fun to explore and team up with others towards greater goals!

I need a new game . I have been playing wow for 10 years. This game looks very interesting and graphics look really good for an mmo.  The class system and gameplay look  like it is gonna be a fun and great experience. Please pick me :)

This is the only MMO that I am watching at the moment and excited to get a chance to play. I really enjoyed that the devs want the feedback to know what they need to look at to get the game ready for release. I am burned out on MMOs at the moment as been disappointed too much recently but this seems much more of a game looking to make a leap forward in old mechanics. I have actually gotten a couple of people I play another game with to take a look at this one. Really hope it is good. Trying to not hype myself too much.

While I've got no desire to become a god (too much responsibility, I would sell the world for a good piece of chocolate), there are other parts I'm really looking forward too.

The main thing I'm looking forward to seeing in action is the class system. Myself being someone with a rather short attention span, in other games I tend to switch a lot between characters to keep trying new things. The skyforge system which allows you to switch inbetween fights sounds great for that reason.

Another part I'm interested in seeing is the pantheon. I haven't decided yet if I like the clan system or not, as I would like to have some more info about the consequences of being in different clans in the same pantheon, but It certainly sounds interesting. The social part is always important for me in games, as I like hearing stories from all over the place. Having a place to just hang around with pantheon and relax is something I often miss in other games. As you can guess I'm more of a social gamer :)

I'm really looking forward to exploring this game with it's systems and awesome looking graphics. Let's hope that this game will be up to all the expectations. But we will see that for ourselves.

Bye bye everyone and cya in skyforge

I tested Allods Online in the early stages of closed beta and played for several years afterwards. Seeing another promising product from Allods Team coupled with the team-up with Obsidian had me registering on the site back in March of 2014. It's got over a dozen classes, an extremely expansive character skill tree that rivals Path of Exile, engaging combat and promising boss battles, an attempt to step away from the standard "class trinity" by using support classes, and it looks like a AAA MMO to boot. Skyforge is the first game in years that I've actively followed for such a long time and not gotten disillusioned with that that in itself is refreshing. My girlfriend and I are very active gamers and I got her interested in Skyforge over the summer last year and she's even started watching some of the twitch streams of the Russian beta, so I'm looking forward to being a god standing beside her goddess as we slay the hordes that want to destroy Aelion. I have high (but not unrealistically high) hopes for Skyforge and look forward to making Aelion my home for a long time.

    Peace, Love, and Skyforge

I like the idea of the world map system where you can choose what you want to do next and when.

I want to play a game that doesnt follow the same elf and human idea like most of the other mmo's are doing. I believe that this game will become a great success if it is done correctly and it doesnt follow the path of people who cry about hard games.

I'm super excited for skyforge as it is the first MMO in a while that dares to do something different, breaking the holy trinity and completely revamping the progression system. Skyforge looks really refreshing.
I'm also between semesters right now, so i got a lot of time to play the beta.

I am always looking for games to play with my friends, especially lately because we haven't been playing much.

And Skyforge managed to catch my attention, as soon as I stumbled upon it the first time a few months back. I really liked the overall theme of this game.   I've always been fascinated with ancient gods and their myths and legends, they're just so vivid and full of beauty, haha. Back then there were already screenshots on their website, but most of it was just concept arts. Still I was really impressed by how much detail and consideration went into this game. They even consulted the community for potential classes, etc.. And the graphics and the overall aesthetic of the game, man, I couldn't really believe this was going to be a free2play game.    Being occupied with other things I never managed to get access to the alpha/beta phases. Much to my regret since I learned about more and more great aspects of the game like action combat or the unique class and leveling system. Mostly though the large amount of unique classes (especially the Kinetic, it looks too awesome to be real!!) and the customizability of both gameplay and visuals kept me interested in Skyforge.

And I really hope to confirm all those positives aspects in the Beta while helping to improve the game to eventually have lots of fun with my friends and everyone else who is going to play this game!

    GOOD LUCK everyone!!

I like free stuff.  But seriously, it looks like a promising new game.  I've been looking for something new to play, that's not a PvP gank fest, which is all that seems to be coming out any more.

I'm excited for the action combat and the freedom that comes from being able to switch classes on a single character.

The new guild system sounds awesome as well as the class development. Really looking forward to this one.

Im excited for Skyforge because of what they are trying to bring to the genre. The industry has been stagnant lately and most of the new offerings have been mediocre at best. Im always excited for someone who thinks outside the box and willing to take a risk on new game design.

I also really love classless or no class restriction systems. It was what made the Final Fantasy MMOs so great, being able to change class on the fly and fill any gap in a group/party without having to roll a ton of alts.

I am STOKED to play SkyForge - in addition to all the reasons I've stated before, I am really looking forward to some great co-op missions with a promising expanding storyline! This game is fully voiced, and that means no more 'accept' clicking for me! I get so bored by all the monotonous text in so many MMOs that I end up just passing by all the storyline. "Yeah, yeah - how many X do I need to go kill... ACCEPT"  The voice acting really adds to the immersion, and I'm looking forward to enjoying quests and missions again!

The game looks beautiful and I am really looking forward to the ascension atlas character progression and the multiclass character design. For all its faults Allods was a very innovative game with a very distinctively Russian style to the art and story. I look forward to seeing that again in this new game.

    All die, so die well.
