wanting to try but full of errors

in Final Fantasy XIV

I downloaded the trial install exe off the site, when i try to install I get a sytstem error -2146697208 , I got it once time to get past it and it told me to confirm the TOS ad there was litteraly nothing box wise to confirm or buttons anywhere

Anyone else had trouble or can give me advice?

    I finaly got it working but again theres no box to click NEXT on like it tells me lol

    You might want to try their official forum. That said I see a few possibilities.

    1.) The file was corrupted in download, meaning you need to redownload it.

    2.) You aren't running as an admin which could be preventing it from installing.

     

    Outside those basic things, the forums would probably be the best place to figure out the problem, or a quick google search with the exact error message.

    Are you doing a PS3 or PS4 trial?  I had that exact issue with PS3 because my PS3 was in 720p and the client was in 1080p, which cut off half the screen.

    turns out im a fool, didnt know multiple versions and and i was trying to put the ps3 version onto my pc lol

    If this is the PC version, make sure your Internet Explorer is up to date as this is the platform it uses to display the web enabled content in the launcher.
