Classic games ( nes, sega etc )

I'm trying to find all the available options to play classic games, I know the wii u has the virtual store and the playstation has some sort of cloud service. Are there  others that I can look at ?   Thanks

    There are plenty of emulators, which are legal themselves, but I'm not sure how legal is extracting data from cartridges, so I cant post any links. Google it up on your own risk.

    Imo the coolest country by far is Romania.

     

    When I get to pet the local emu's I am surely in paradise.

    Lol beast, I see what you did there and yes I been there. I'm looking for retail means, games, hardware etc .
