Try Archeage,  your budget is enough to at least start playing it.

It is a question of fangs.

Conquer online is pretty p2w, though you still need to level. Additionally, if you don;t mind browser games, there are tons of those city builder conquer eachother games (e.g. travian). I also heard promising stuff from arch age but cant guarantee you that one. World of tanks is also high ups in the p2w though you still need some skill. Good luck out there wallet warrior.

Not sure of its current state but APB had some really expensive stuff on its market that was causing a lot of debate on the whole P2W thing.

And the game is friggin awesome if you can get past the cheaters (again haven' played in a while).

It's the closest we have to a Grand Theft Auto online.

The character customization is the BEST in the industry by MILES.

The graphics were great (not sure how it's aged).

and the ability to drive around in cars and fight in and plus leaning out of windows....pure awesome...

Perfect World has always been P2W.

Whenever i step outside, somebody claims to see the light
It seems to me that all of us have lost our patience.
    'cause everyone thinks they're right,
And nobody thinks that there just might
Be more than one road to our final destination--

I know everyone's opinion varies, but I am under the impression that P2W games are frowned upon, and so out of curiousity, I am really wondering what is one's motivation to look for an ostensibly P2W game?

My main reason for finding a good P2W game is essentially time constraints which I can then just spend abit more money and compete hopefully at a higher level.

To everyone else, thank you for your suggestions will take a closer look at some of these games.

Well you have a few pay4reallygoodshortcut options too

Marvel Heroes, a crawler in the style of Diablo. Everything is for sale in that game apart from direct power. But with droprate boosts this becomes moot

Neverwinter. Action combat RPG based on 4:th ed DnD. Thanks to the ability to turn real money in to in-game currency you can literally buy power.

Need for Speed World: MMO-Racer where all the best cars and upgrade parts can be had for real money.

This have been a good conversation

Asking which Pay2Win game is the best is like asking which person takes the best dump. In a competition like that, everything is #2

Belee dat,i remember some players spending 1500 bucks a month easily.

Too bad their greed and the brutal Frogster have now left them with a barren game, that's what greed does to you.

It actually with a graphic upgrade could be a pretty decent game,it actually had Guild Wars unlike the game that shares that title. It also had some very tough instances/Boss fights and some unique systems.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

I was going to say, 200-500 a month might not be enough, lol.

You could get a sweet house though!

Is that a month or one time purchase?  There are games like PWI and Jade Dynasty where that would make you a medium sized fish at best.  You would still fall far short of big whale dominate all status.

The only way to completely dominate against players with a lot more practice and skill playing the game than you is with a game where gear can be endlessly upgraded +1 at a time using cash shop items.  Those kinds of games tend to get very very expensive to keep up with the top tier spenders so if you go to one of them be prepared to spend a lot more than you specified above and keep spending it on a regular basis.

All the games made by Kabam are a good start, should take around $10,000-$15,000 to reach the top 10 on a server. Also the developers create accounts in order to always have the number 1 spot, so that top 10 players will always pay more to try and take it back. It's a good scam, very profitable.

It's like trying to win an auction, where you use real money, and the other top bidder uses monopoly money. It ends when you run out of money.
