Questions - Trying to find a game... 0 luck so far

Good afternoon!  I've been searching for a game for my friends and I to play that has a laundry list of things; however, I've failed so far.  I've tried Wurm Online, Istaria, Arche Age, WoW, and ESO but none of them really do what we'd like.  I'm looking for a game with...

1) Real time combat

2) Building (not just a house, but a castle, a village, maybe an army, etc etc)

3) Pure PVE (or at least a game where you do not have to do any PVP)

4) 1st or 3rd person view

5) Deep customization

6) Deep crafting

7) RPG leveling/skills/classes (combo of these)

8) I'd like to see mining/farming though if not so be it

I've searched and searched and found some games (Darkfall seemed cool but too much PVP) but most either are pure PVP or are really really really slow with combat that makes Morrowind look fast (Morrowind is my fav RPG btw, just saying the combat wasn't the best lol)

    It has PvP however, iv never actually used my sword other than killing animals.

    Mount & Blade might be up your ally? Kingdom building, snadbox, PVE only if you wish, build an army, lots and lots of mods. It's on steam, like $20 or something. It will grab you by the balls for a week at the very least. Check the reviews, all positive.

     

    No crafting that I am aware of... but hopefully a step in the right direction

    I could be mistaken, but isn't that all the PvE LiF has? Killing animals for meat and stuff?

    You can also try 7 Days to Die, which has mostly the same features - but it's not Fantasy in case you're looking for a Fantasy title only.

    Closest is sadly Darkfall, which in IMHO is among the top MMOs on the market. The PvE is lacking though, sadly, but you can't find a better option as for now.

    He could still group up to kill bears with his friends, there isn't a world of difference between killing animals and killing Orcs.
