Character Customization Question

in Elder Scrolls Online

So I'm wondering if there is much in the way of body type you can change in ESO?

Everything I have seen, all of the characters appear to be about the same body size - is this true?

I like making say an Orc that is really broad, big tusks, etc. more Warhammer-esque.

I'm a screwed in ESO?

*I've done searching and video look ups etc. but I haven't really seen anything definitive.
