Guys I just tryed out 5 minutes of the game and I'm already speachless , i have 4 year old alienware laptop and it runs on full settings and i'm jsut speachless about the graphics and gameplay and skills and features.
I'm shocked!! this game got me, I'm wondering how does it feel to play more I jsut can't believe how good this game is.
i can't believe it's an mmo, look's better than skyrim! skills are sick, i think nc soft nailed it.
If you love anime world like me, i think you will have an orgasm on this, when you attack looks exactly the same like in some anime.

Dude content or not content, i'm havong fun at the fu.... turorial , i never had fun in 15 years with a tutorial .
I am actually having fun with tutorial!! i always dreamed about some anime mmo to run with dante or something, i can wait for content will have fun purely by pvp or redo quest 1000 times

Omg dude you have to try it by yourself seriously , i press 1 button she teleports in invisible than start slashing exactly like in anime in naruto or final fantsy 7, it's very fast action spaced combat and the graphics dude seriously u really need to try out,
After a while, you just get bored of the combat.
No wayyyyyyyyyy man this is all i need go home im fuckign tired , shut my brain off and just go have fun with some stupid grinding and relax and watch the top notch skill effects.
When i want more i just go and engage in pvp-s with friends or without.
This is what i was waiting for a long time. Had fun with lineage , wow and aion and now this is the next, i odn't even wait other games anymore maybe the eu server only but! the japanese version of game is matching perfectly with game stly if eu server comes online i will use japanese version
No im doing the russian private server but im downloading chinese version now and i will use japanese speach and sound with english text so its perfect, i doubt ping will be good with chinese but ofc i wont spend to much time with russian private server.
I didn't have game to play since 2010, only dota 2 and not even aion could shock so much like this one lol , believe me man i'm the most critical mmo judger on this forum i'm never satisfiaed but this one really shocked me at the moment

Wait until you get further into the game and start learning all your combo's, and most of them can be skill cancelled and most can be combo with other combo's..
The game is amazing and I am sadden that its not in the NA yet and it probably will never be

I tryed Tera 1 year ago but I don't know man the gameplay was very meeeh and the whole thing just booring , didnt play it more than a few hours but , this b&s got me in 5 mins lol
I have to agree that the combat in this game is IMO the pentacle of an action combat game. You only have 8 hot key and yet you have 30 skills, they way the game rolls the hotkeys from 1 skill to the next is very well done.
There is no healer class, ever players has a in combat and out of combat food or drink that you use for health regen, the focus on dodge and block and not the healer in your party really make the game fun to play.
However... the grind. OMFG the grind!!! Level grind your weapons from day 1, level grind your accessories . you need specific weapons to sacrifice to your main weapon and specific accessory to sacrifice to your accessories. You will on average sacrifice 50 to 100 weapons to level you’re up, but you don’t have 50 to 100 inventory slots. it’s one of them.. Aion like inventory system. You throw so many amazing looking weapons away because there is no skinning and the hit to your stats is huge because you have be leveling up the same weapon as everybody else since lvl 10.
Your outfit is not stat bearing. Your outfits are for looks and pvp faction fights. Its nice to wear what you think looks good and just use the Bo Pei to adjust your stats. Another A+
But most of the dropped gear that you like the look of.. is on a 30 day timer. So there is good and there is bad
So how to you play it on the Russian release?
Why won't they bring it State Side already?! UGH!

Blade & Soul is indeed the best MMO in the world right now in my opinion, it's a hidden gem that no one really talks about because of the silence from NCsoft and the oriental aesthetics of the game. You can at least say it has the best combat out of any MMO, and that is not exactly subjective. The movement and combat is the most fluid I've felt since WoW. It really is very good and well made.
It's a shame they are making us wait for it so long.

Downloaded that Russian private server myself and started to play today. I'm totally no lover of martial arts games, but this game is AWESOME! I just wish NCSoft would speed up and bring us an official server already! BnS certainly would become my new home from what I've played the last 2 hours - I'M IN LOVE WITH THE GAME!
Now, which one of you will adorn me today?
I also played on the RU server for a bit until i found out that it was a private server.. and they are sooooooooo soooooooooo far behind any other version..
what ru is to me is something that players can go and see what the game is all about and to play from time to time but to invest a lot of time into.. isnt really a thing.. its the bare minimal on that ru private server
Yeah, that server that was promoted earlier today is in beta stage I think. Played through the whole intro thing and by the time I destroyed that pirate ship and was back in the village I had a survey. One of those that I also had with the Aion betas that I played back in the days (but then in Russian).
By now I'm downloading the TW client and will drop an English patch over it. I played Phantasy Star online 2 on the JP servers like this and that was pretty well playable - I hope BnS will be as playable too. Not to mention, I'll be playing the latest version of the game as well AND on a legit server too
