Need Access Code

I bought and subscribed to ESO Monday . Played for a couple of hours then brought my laptop home. The next day when I went to play I started getting the error Need access code. I opened my email and there was no access code email sent. Tried to log on the website and get the same message. I have been trying for 3 days to log into a game I purchased and subscribed to. I put in for the tech support callback been waiting for 6 hours, tho it said less than 5 minute wait time.  I have tried to sign up for the forums but you need an activation code for it also.

 

 I am letting people know this so they can delay to purchase and subscribe to the game until after the free beta weekend is over. Also I was in the beta and did not get an invite, I guess because I had already signed up

I have checked my email spam filter and checked my email from several different places.

    I'm going to assume you checked your spam filter and the right email address that you used to set-up your account...
