FFXI is like a 7.5/10 to me everything else is around 3/4 or 5/10,you couldn't pay me to play most of these games or they just barely grab my attention for a few weeks at best.

Really sad when i see the most subbed game is WOW .What did you do today in WOW...oh i raided...tomorrow?i raided, next day?I raided again ..lmao ,so in essence your doing very little and paying to do that .Most people play all these games just to race through levels, like that makes a game great or something,YAY i got level 20,,,YAY level 50 umm yes i am excited for you lol.

I tried FFXI. Never again. Bombarded by gold sellers every 30 seconds is NOT my idea of a good time. And there wasn't even a way to turn off the chat or aspects of the chat because the options for the game are so limited.

    marvel heroes .. to me.

    "best" is, of course, subjective.

    My favorite three are:

    • Final Fantasy XIV
    • The Secret World
    • Guild Wars 2
The best is probably Eve Online, but sadly I just can't get into it.

    1.  LotRO

    2.  The Secret World

    3.  Just go play Skyrim until a new MMO comes out.

In my opinion, ESO is the best game out atm.

ToonTown Online is a hardcore, full loot, open world, free for all PVP MMO. It's the best game ever.

    THIS IS MY WOW,

THERE ARE MANY LIKE IT BUT THIS ONE IS MINE.

MY WOW IS MY BEST FRIEND.

    IT IS MY LIFE.

I MUST MASTER IT AS I MASTER MY LIFE.

    WITHOUT ME IT IS USELESS,

WITHOUT MY WOW I AM USELESS

Bit of a game by committee era.  More than one each day really give me what I long for.  GW2, Wildstar, Lotro, WoW, EQ2, ESO.  Keep trying new games or even older ones to add to or have one overtake them all, but that never works.  Looking forward to the sandboxes coming our way, not expecting much but looking forward to new experiences at the least.  Like Albion and the Avatar one and Star Citizen.

Best MMO today: Elder Scrolls Online

Best MMO of the past 5 years:  WoW

Best MMO of all time:  Asherons's Call

    And it ain't even close!!!

Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!

Subscription Gaming, especially MMO gaming is a Cash grab bigger then the most P2W cash shop!

Bring Back Exploration and lengthy progression times. RPG's have always been about the Journey not the destination!!!

On top of a very Boring combat system, a linear small (perhaps smallest land scape in all MMO) world, and zero class customization.  Every Warrior is identical to every other Warrior.  For the life of me I don't get the appeal of the game that initially failed...I mean literally had to be shuttered because it did so poorly.

    ESO

If I had to pick one I would say Guild Wars 2 because at least its the only one that really tried to mix things up and do some stuff different. Its not that GW2 is a very good game its just the best of what we have right now which is not much. Give me a hardcore mixture of Black Desert and ArcheAge.

Darkfall Unholy Wars stated on a secret website that they can't compete with the amount of players leaving to play Hello Kitty Online. Its so freaking hardcore that game. I logged on one time and got triple ganked as I left the starter town. They looted all my friskies and meow mix.
