in shumi lost bundle of cash quest (lvl 30)

how do u get on the second part of the puzzle??? there is no portal.........

    i think in that quest you get to the top but there no portal right?? i think if you press up on one of the top right steps, u'll tele port to another room.. ithink its the same quest ur talkin bout
