Who's Arhur King?

Anyone heard of a man named Arhur King? I applied for a job as an engineer, and I was contacted by a man using this name. The salary is beyond eight figures and he's even called me discussing his plans. Strange thing is, I never gave him my contact information, nor have I reached out to such a man.

 

Any ideas anyone?

    Can you think of any reasons why someone would pay you more than ten times the going cost of someone in that position?
