I'll try to understand what you want since it's a little broken sounding. So you want a game with little tasks and mostly grind, with castle wars clan wars and battles? I would try Lineage 2 if you can, that sounds exactly up your alley. The grind starts at 85 though, so it takes a little bit to get to that area.
