And why they are doing this brushwood rolls past the empty ghost towns of new PC and console Star Wars games.

A couple problems with that lead-in, Bill. First of all, are there any AAA MMORPGs on mobile as it is? So it wouldn't be the NEXT AAA MMMORPG. Secondly, why are we so excited for a game from a company well-known for such aggressive monetization and borderline P2W mechanics.

I have never played a game made by this developer, but more than likely will download it and play with my friends and family due to our love of anything Star Wars.

Daniel Erickson is one of the big reasons I stopped playing SWToR. The things he did to that game were utter crap and took forever to fix. I would not trust him again as a developer even on a game as simple as tic tax toe.

Erickson isn't a developer, he is a creative director. usually more involved with story than game development.

Took me by surprise but caught my interest.  I want to see how these words translate into a game. On paper it sounds great.

It reminds me of Shadowrun Chronicles.

Not sure how I feel about it.

    Director, yes.

    Creative, well....

Yeah, have to agree,  when I saw it was for mobile I lost interest. Sure im a Star Wars fan since Childhood. Watching a New Hope in the theaters on release day was amazing. and they just got better from there.. until Phantom Menace anyway....

Nope, dont really care for a mobile game.... Now what I want to see is a game company bring Timothy Zahn's Dark Force Rising series to life and that would be satisfying... Unfortunately I believe Disney will continue to screw up the cannon and we will be handled high graphic lame story movies in the future to come reminiscent of episodes 1-3.

Played: UO, LotR, WoW, SWG, DDO, AoC, EVE, Warhammer, TF2, EQ2, SWTOR, TSW, CSS, KF, L4D, AoW, WoT

Playing: The Secret World until Citadel of Sorcery goes into Alpha testing.

Tired of: Linear quest games, dailies, and dumbed down games

    Anticipating:Citadel of Sorcery

Well from the 4 or 5 word questions asked, I get the feeling even Bitton wasn't to impressed with having to do the interview on a 2 bit mobile game.

Actually, I'm pretty excited to check this out. I'm not too huge on mobile games, but I want to give this one a chance and see if it lives up to the claims.

I guess it is relative when you are talking about the next AAA Star Wars RPG for mobile platforms. I can't imagine it will also be seen as an AAA Star Wars RPG for PC/console.

But let's wait and then compare it to The Witcher 3.

And no. Anything associated with this guy D.E will not get any of my hard earned cash.

    Zero.

After what he helped  to do to SWTOR, this guy has lost  all credibility in gaming circles.

Yes thats how it works, you and the millions like you buy star wars games without question, so they are allowed to release bullshit every single time, because their fans have no standards.

After having a text of Daniel Erickson on screen, I must wash my monitor... The guy was so horrible in the SWTOR development, I can only hope he stays in the Mobile gaming and stays the heck away from any real game.
