Some help please!

I am not sure where to put this - please move it if needed.

 

My problem is NC SOFT - I loaded the new WildStar and am having trouble with NC Soft. 

I live in Ecuador BUT I have VPN that shows I am in the USA. Every time I try to log in I get a message to re-try as my IP address doesn't show correctly. They send me an email and I start all over again!

I have tried calling and only get a recorded message that tells me to go to their Help Section on their Site - but I can NOT log on!

Around and around I go.....

ANYONE have ANY Ideas??? I Really want to play this new game.

I was a beta tester for Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 and have played most of NC Soft games in the past. It is only since we move to EC that I have had this problem 

I have NO OTHER problems connecting with my VPN - so it is something with their servers or something.

    It is a shame when I see someone who joined the same year I did only posting if they need help. Do post more. :)

    I can only suggest deleting the game, removing any folders left over and trying again. That or do something else for a few weeks and go back to it to see if the problem is resolved.

    I have only been here for help as we moved to Ecuador and have just gotten a VPN that finally WORKS! I have tried to play games with no luck.

    I asked for help SO I CAN PLAY AND JOIN FORUMS! Frustration does not even start to describe what I have been going through!

    I have NO problems with my VPN on other sites and wondered if there was a way to contact NCSOFT other than thru their site? Re-loading will Not help - But thanks anyway.

    Any other suggestions for a game that I MIGHT be able to play. So I can then Join Discussion Forums??

    Can't you log in without the VPN and contact their customer support that way? Afaik they don't have any IP block so that you should be able to login straight from Ecuador just fine.

    How stable is the American IP address on your VPN?  Some games will block new IP addresses from logging into an account until you verify that it's you.  If that's what's going on, what you'll likely need to do at minimum is, every day you try to log in and play, it blocks you, then you go to your e-mail to get some verification code, enter that to verify that you are who you are, and then try to log into the game again all without the VPN ever changing your IP address.

    That's a point are you checking your email address for the codes they send you to prove its you?

    Maybe I.P restricted? Contact their support, previously on RBF I can't even login my account even it was confirmed on my E-mail. Asked their support and Voila, our countrie's IP is blocked. You should be informed about it.

    Thank you all = I have put the code from email in over and over - Now I get the "invalid login or password. I just changed my password and still get the same message. I now have about 10 emails!

    I did just submit a ticket as I WAS finally able to get into the NC site.......Maybe this can be fixed.??

    Strange thing = I have Guild wars 1 & 2, Aion, Lineage 2 = NONE of these are showing on my Account History??

    I am VERY confused and REALLY hope that something can be done.
