So, I'm thinking of buying the console version eventually, maybe tomorrow, maybe not. I have the PC version, I haven't really liked it since beta.
Has anything changed really? I last played a few months ago, got to like level 7 and quit.
The benefits would be, I prefer playing on console than PC, I prefer the controls, and my PC isn't very good anymore, so not having to worry about graphics is a good thing. And then, just getting use out of my PS4 would be cool. It really hasn't been turned on since 2014 lol.
But I've been also debating on buying a few other games, like Diablo 3 for PS4, Witcher 3 for PS4, that racing game MMO that I forget the name of atm lol.

I got the PS4 version simply because I have twin toddlers. it allows me the time to play while theyr'e up moving around without being stuck to a desk.
As for the game, its the same old to me with new systems in place. I enjoy it in small portions which is how I will play it.

There's a good possibility you will rarely play it. I base that on the seeming lack of enthusiasm in your post, lol. It may still serve as something you like doing for a little bit, once in a while. Go for it
i found that ESO is more enjoyable when i play it as an Elder Scrolls game rather than an mmo. Following the main storyline, doing some exploration and crafting. Now that half of the justice system is in the game (the criminal part of it) you can steal stuff and make money a bit faster than before, if you dont get caught lol.
At lvl 7 you are still in the starting zone, either coldharbour which is the tutorial area, or the small island you end up after coldharbour. Once you get out of those areas the game feels more interesting. Even though is not the best mmo IMO, im happy i switched to the PS4 version. To me its worth it and i play casually. Like i said, as an Elder Scrolls Game, not as a traditional mmorpg.
Hard to say. There are very good reasons to play it and enjoy it and an equal number to not play it. It's a personal thing since everyone likes different things and even different parts of the same things.
But from what you say, chances are that if you didn't enjoy it on the PC you also won't enjoy it on the console.
And then there is the bit about who you play it with: playing it alone in PVE can be fun for a while but playing it with others is much more fun.
Lately I've been on PVP kick in the lowbee campaign because it's a fun challenge to try to PVP even when you don't have a second weapon bar. I'm in a couple of PVP guilds with people who are out there every day: male, female, old and young... we're all on voice chat using TS and frankly, for me, it's been hard to not spend the whole weekend playing it. At other times I've gone on solo leveling kicks and veteran dungeon kicks... I'm getting my money's worth out of it and then some. But I also understand it's not for everyone some of the time or just not at all.
