ok ive played: Ragnarok Online, Everquest, Everquest2, Anarchy Online, Lineage 2, Gunz, Planetside, Eve Online, FFXI, Guild Wars, Horizons, Knight Online, Maple Story, Neocron, RYL, Ryzom, WOW, Auto Assault, DDO, RF Online and a few more i think..
Looking for a high quality mmorpg. Well id say the best ive played so far is RO, Lineage 2, Eve Online, DDO (fun 
) but pretty much looking for something with the option for some hack and slash and questing and perhaps raids and such.. Lineage 2 is pretty much the ideal mmorpg for me.
Been thinking about trying Star Wars Galaxies..
Any suggestions?

I find it amazing you havent played DAoC yet.
TRY IT! its exactly what your looking for.
For you I would 100% reccomend DONT PLAY ON CLASSIC SERVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant stress that enough. PLay on a normal server for all the raids and a bigger grind and such.
Guild Wars - Rorick Aurlith E/Mo pumped up with the best armor and weapon, has all his skills, and runes. PvP King!

Eve, WoW, and Lineage2 seem to be the only good MMO's out right now.
StarWars Galaxies is a good game, but its a really different MMO, way different than anything you've played.. I dont think you'll like it if you want somthing like Lineage 2
