I'll trade you an SoG account for an inactive WoW account...

the topic pretty much says it all.
I have a Settlers of Ganareth account which I want to trade for an INACTIVE WoW account.
I'm not looking for characters or whatever, I gave my account to a friend and I'm just looking for a way to start playing without having to but WoW twice.
c'mon, there has to be someone that hates wow

    Thats like trading a 1990 car for a 2005 model.

    sure but not enough to like SoG..

    More like a used 1990 car with one wheel missing and needing its engine shocked back to life every mile it travels. Oh... and also locks its owner out for no apparent reason occasionally. lol

    I'd consider trading my DnL Pioneer account for a PotBS BETA account if someone gave me the offer. That's how much faith I have in DnL being a success right now ::::21::

    But at least I'm having enough fun in WoW at the moment to not miss SWG (or SoG). Ironic that SOE's attempt at capturing a piece of the WoW cake had the opposite effect on me.

    I have an inactive Mourning accounts which I think is much more valuable than my SoG accounts.

    While I disagree in theory with the idea of trading accounts as its somewhat dishonest as it violates the NDA(of the acct you will receive)  it is a nice dream to trade something as wothless as an SoG account to get into a real beta.

    I'm curious to try SoG,but I'd be an idiot to trade you my WoW account which has my 60 rogue and 9 MC/Onyxia/BWL epics,rofl.. I can sell my WoW account for at least 300 dollars,who would pay 30 dollars for a worthless SoG Beta account?

    I hope you mean 40 cents not $40.  But even at 40 cents its way overpriced and I bet you would have a hard time finding a buyer.  In all seriousness I can't imagine anyone in their right mind would paying $40 after what we have seen from SoG.   But even if you did sell it to someone for $40 wouldn't you feel terrible doing that to someone.  It would almost be like stealing.  You might want to ask for a refund from Click and Buy.  That would be your best bet and if successfull you would get a 100% refund raher than pennies trying to sell it.

    If you DID purchase it, you can still get a refund,regardless of the bogus "jan 7th" deadline farlan posted well after the purchase. IF you are a second hand wave, you can still get a refund regardless of the bogus "no refund" statement Farlan is trying to put out there.

     Clickandbuy will help you get your refund. You can also call your credit card provider and tell them whats happening. As it seems there have been "delays" in the processing from Farlan to Clickandbuy, calling your credit card provider and telling them whats up will get it handled pretty readily.

    Why lose $20 (or $60 for that matter) dollars on it? Get a full refund.
