got to agree with op,im looking forward to seeing more of this game,to be fair it was a good nite for sony with some impressive looking games.but horizon looks to be something a litle different.
Originally posted by ThomasN7 It looked very weird. Crossing what looked liked the old native american days with modern machines is really odd. Not sure I can resonate with that.
Its basically a post post apocalypse. Think of the movie The Time Machine
She wasnt using normal arrows though, she was using arrows with EM pulses and other gadgets like using a rope to hold it down and topple it. She had to use the machines own weapon to blow its armor. And she was shooting some kind of disks type futuristic weapon.
Originally posted by DSWBeef Gonna have to agree with the OP it was the BEST surprise and does look fantastic. FO4 still has best in show unless SE shows KH3.
Dont know how SE can top Final Fantasy 7 Reboot, now that was a hell of a surprise
EDIT: I know how, show some gameplay of FF7 on their show

hehe...think you might have been at work so you might have just "looked"?
Try with sound as the story is told and explained which makes the "looks" of the game make sense...
On topic...Oh man wish this was for PC....must admit both Uncharted 4 and H:ZDO are games I might in fact consider getting a PS4 for. Almost did that for GTA:V but at the time the rumors started to become more and more fact it was coming to PC so I just waited and wasn't disappointed...
I really liked what I saw to me it did make sense (sorry ThomasN7) part of my loves steatlh gameplay and seeing her move trhu the gras/bushes was just great to keep in cover, liked the little touch with her first shot a small reference to the more indiaan culture when killing beasts/animals. Loved the way you will be able to combat "bosses" with some smart tactics as I am sure there might be more way's to kill that hugh beast then might have shown. Loved picking up that weapon that she shot of the beast and using it against it.
In short, yeah that gameplay trailer did impress me!
Wow, talk about immersion breaker, did they get Kim Kardashian to narrate the Trailer?! " In the Future, ah, yea, we look really hawt. My girls and me run the Tribe. Uhuh. "
Girl sounds like she just got her Ba in fashion or Communications lol.

E3 stands for 'showing graphics of games that will not even come close to what they will look like when released'
that is what happened last year
