Sad on official forums all they do is do hard core modding, they do not answer questions, do no sticky's so people do not keep posting the same type questions over and over.
They want you to post feed back yet if one word in your post upsets one person you get modded and warned. So in fact what they have done is try and make a forums where only good things can be said about game. Tell you the truth the game is great but has major problems that is still around from beta and release days. They patch and instead of fixing more bugs they add more. Complain about it in a civil matter you get modded and warned.
Only people that help other players are the players them self. They refuse to post in any thread where they actually help people. Now they have, ESOTU Community Ambassador Program which they get free support for no pay and also putting real fanbois in charge to answer questions. Heck I have had to go into threads and correct those answering the questions wrong, as have others have done also.
Can't remember the game that did this years ago and if I remember right it was a total disaster. May have been Asheron's Call! Yet these same people had no rights to put sticky's up which really is hurting what people post over and over again.
All I can say is I do love the game even with all the bugs and problems and after a year they still ignore the ones that paid for them to go B2P. One thing I laugh about is a year ago we were told Imperial City was coming soon and now it looks like we will have to pay for something that was ready and stated would be in game a year ago.
I have seen a lot of games that done moderation a lot better than the ESOTU forums but really they take the cake as being one of the worse not THE worse but one of the worse.
So hard to keep loving the game with the people they have hired but oh well it is all we got unless I go back to WOW and that just isn't happening.
Maybe I should calm down...time for some LOTRO!

Sorry, OP, but your post just comes off as a pissy, irrational rant. I read the official forums everyday and I can assure you that if you got modded then you must have posted something truly stupid. Why do I say that? Because thread after thread is filled with people complaining, day in and day out, and those threads do not get locked. I participate there as well, with scorching criticism at times, and I have yet to see any form of moderation aimed against me. So, if you got modded, and thought you'd come here to gain support while you cry into your beer (or glass of milk), then I don't see you gaining much traction.
Also, these type of threads tend to get frowned on. Someone made a similar one yesterday in another game's forum and it was locked after about 5 replies.
