Where can I find Hard Cymric Lining for armor crafting?

I'm working on armor crafting and I'm at 350 skill about now... I want to start making some Chainmail alloy armor, but they require Hard Cymric lining... however, the usual merchant where I buy lining in camelot doesnt have it.
I tried a merchant in Gothwaite, and it had everyting from cured cymric up to even higher level lining, but for some reason none seem to have hard cymric lining.
Where can I find a merchant that sells it?
.... On a somewhat related note... is there any form of player shops or auction house system in this game? I often find myself wanting to buy stuff off other crafters but there's no way at all for me to find them and ask them... in World of Warcraft you could check an auction house where players could put items up for sale... and other games allow you to even have your own shop...
Is there anything like this in this game?
Or is there any way at all I can find goods made by other players?

I do not craftin in Camelot so I cannot tell you. The best thing to do is broadcast the question (/br) in camelot asking. If there are enough people there someone should know the answer. Sometimes merchants have more than one page. Check at the botton of the purchase window to see if there is an arrow to move over to a second screen of item.
Yes you can purchase items from player shops. They are located in the housing area. If you wish, there will be a teleporter in the capital. Click on her and then select housing and then housing entrence. Once there, you will find a market explorer. Interact with the market explorer and you can search for item. You can then purcahse directly from him, for a fee, or go to the house directly and purchase the item without an additional fee.
You should go to housing just to look around, but I would not old out hope that you will find what you are looking for. It is way too low level for a tailor to have creating one and put up for sale. Sometimes there are, but it is extremely rare.
