What theatre! 'Here I am, Corporate CEO just solving a few very important coding problems in my spare time. Too bad my many actual coders couldn't manage to fix these issues. Of course, I know it best as I wrote every one of the original programs back in the off hours when we were starting up.' ETC.
Sure. Roberts didn't even do the heavy lifting on the code in the original WC; that was Stephen Beeman's work. And as soon as cut scenes got added to the WC, reports were that Mr. Roberts spent all his time filming those, in preparation for his eventual bailing out to Hollywood.
So, I'd guess stage managed to push this particular image. Got to give 'em credit though, the ships do look nice.
If you are holding out for the perfect game, the only game you play will be the waiting one.
