I was a long time UO player until it was ruined by change. I played WoW and enjoyed it until it became a level grind.
I am looking for something with:
PVP
Skill Based
Crafting
Possibly housing
(not SWG)
What is out there or is coming out that you think would intrest me?

Nothing is cominng out like UO or SWG or even EVE.
Vangaurd: Saga of heroes
That game will probally be the closest, don't expect good pvp or skill based tho.
