2 game stopping bugs (for me)

Playing a Lightbinder, just started yesterday.  Just curious if anyone else gets these (I've put in tickets for them, but just wondering):-

1) "you are busy" message where I'm just stuck in a position and the thin blue top bar at the bottom of the screen winds down. Seems to happen quite frequently in the middle of combat.  Incredibly frustrating - it feels like the game is stopping because I've put too many inputs in or something like that (don't know if it is that, obviously, but that's what it feels like subjectively).

2) quite often, an activateable item in a mission (e.g. a "transmitter" type of thing that I've got to turn off or on or whatever) won't give the "press space" message when I'm near it - it glows as if it ought be activateable, and it's supposed to be activateable according to the mission text, but the "press space" message just doesn't come up, and I merely hop uselessly when pressing the spacebar.  When this happens, the green diamond that marks it as a mission requirement is often displaced on the ground to the side of the activateable object, and if I target the green diamond I get an "approach: press space"message, but when I do so I just move to the diamond with some blue arrows flicking to the spot, but it doesn't do anything to make the activateable any more activateable.

(FWIW, the game is quite interesting and modestly enjoyable otherwise, and seems quite polished.  I absolutely hate the weedy audio spell fx, indistinct and soupy graphics fx, and the "floaty" feel to the animations and stuff - same reason I could never get into GW1, which had a similarly awful, drivelly sort of audio/fx/animation design; but the combat is nice and active - similar to DCUO but a bit more refined - the advancement system is interesting, the lore is cute and the art design is pretty cool.  I think lots of people will probably enjoy this game.  Can't see myself really getting into it, but I'm sure it's going to be one of those games that's engaging enough for a few weeks.)

Biggest problem with the game design is that you can permanently nerf yourself into oblivion if you invest your resources poorly, to the point you can no longer solo, and slow down all the squads and 5-mans they join.

You also have to level every class from scratch.  If you've unlocked some characters already, you should get some credit for that when you unlock another new class.  Players complete a starter class, using it to level to the class they want.  Unlock the new class not realizing they must level it up before using it.  They jump into a group and do nothing but die because A: It a new class and they have to learn it, and B: It doesn't have most of it's skills yet, so it's gimped.

If I wanted to PK players as a Dev, this game is pretty much how I would do it.
