On the bad side: Be aware of this game, I bought it and I have never been able to play it for more than 5 minutes at a time, it constantly crashes, it is a hog for memory, everytime you start the game it downloads a ton of files and when you think oh boy I get to play it crashes your graphic card and you have to start all the same process again and again and again. I will not recommend this game, but again to each his own, go ahead and try it, maybe your rig can handle the humangous, enormous amount of RAM this game requires.
The graphics are very primitive (bad quality)

On the good side: the concept its very interesting and with a good fixing of graphic demands this could be an awesome survival game.

That picture and the video posted in Steam dont look nothing like the game graphics look like when you manage to enter in the game. And forget to ask the devs for help. You get none.

Bad graphics is something I've never heard said about this game before.  They are amazing!  I've been playing on a private server for about a month now and I haven't even touched another game.  So much fun :)

Maybe if you have a top notch PC with a very good graphic card you can play it, I have a low end so I am on the bottom line.

Your Titico7777 on the steam forums. Unfortunately your PC just is not up to spec to play this game. 4GB of ram with whatever 4 year old graphics card you have is just not going to cut it. Some users on the steam forums tried to give you some help with lowmem and other options to help you run the game but I would have to assume that your other hardware is on the extremely low end side of things also. 4GB of RAM and a 1GB DX10 card is the minimum specs to run the game according to steam but if your sitting at that low end you can not expect good performance at that range. I have not even tried this game yet but it has been on my radar. I will give it a go this weekend. I have a high end machine and a mid-range box that I will test it on with my son. The midrange box is an i5, 8gb ram, 1GB GTX 560 and I expect that to not even run it close to optimally.

Thanks for the Heads up!  I wanted to see how it ran on my system and just how "bad" the PvP servers are :)

@Lobotomist restart Steam. . I had the same problem. . . it will them be in your games list to install if you already clicked play.  If not then click play after restarting.

Ah I see what you are saying. Yeah it doesn't look great on the lowest settings.

I was not impressed with the game one bit.  Give it a try, but you will be bored within a week.  It does not have much of a long play value.

And yes the game has bugs, no matter what rig you run it on.   It does look nice on high settings, but it really lacks in game play.

I understand that is your opinion but I must say I disagree whole heartily. This game is not typically my forte but I have been enjoying it immensely. This is the only game I play at the moment. This is my opinion, I think this game rocks and has TONS of game play.

I just gave this a try last night. I had a lot of fun. Met some good people. I'll play this weekend for sure. I'm considering a full purchase. I'm running it on medium-high settings and it looks really good. I also watched some youtube videos of what the high levels are doing. I'm amazed at the crazy high tech stuff that can be built once you get high enough! I'm not one to play a game for a long period of time... I bounce a lot but I wanted to add my two cents, it is certainly worth taking a look at!

Yea, I'm on Win 10 (DX12?), and my laptop handles the graphics on High.  My desktop is even nicer.  There are some hiccups.  I went to a lonely server on purpose.  I was doing well until a Raptor decided it REALLY wanted to be my neighbor.  I've been killed by it.  Then I was killed by Megapirahnna running away from it.  And it killed a nice Trike family that lived next door.  I think it's time to pack up the house and move.

I really want a coupon.  Just to justify a purchase.

Gonna say game is great, have over 400 hours of play.
If you have a lessor system try these launch options
Go to your steam library right click on game and open launch options paste this
    -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 -d3d10

Also resolution scales pretty well run in 720p for additional perf boost

I have everything set to epic except for the two shadow options getting 50 to 60 fps outside

My rig: I7 3930k, 64 gigs ram, 2 gtx 760 (sli does not work well yet)
