Lol. What a mess of special effects, obnoxious squeaky shouts and explosions.

Something is seriously wrong when you almost can't see the boss through all the skill effects. I'd probably need to turn off the sound too or risk developing tinnitus.
When you do see him, it seems like this boss was grooving on all them lights directed his way. More like disco dragon instead of desert dragon lol.
Feel free to use my referral link for SW:TOR if you want to test out the game. You'll get some special unlocks!
Well at least the wonderful visuals are brought to light via all those name plates shining in the air.
When i see Asian rpg's i always feel like they are nothing more than MU online with varied graphics. Animations always look relatively the same, sounds are the same, game play is the same, always look spammy, they seem to have no interest in losing the stereotypes.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
So when will the battle with the boss begin? Oh, wait it was a battle there. I thought it was a New Years Eve celebration or a Disco party with people screaming in an eternal loop.
Mobs glowing and stuff wasn't even in the game until a few months ago, from what I remember. That was a weird addition IMO and made the game appear more sci fi than fantasy. Apparently Koreans complained because they had trouble telling which monsters were quest targets, which ones they were hitting, etc etc.
You can turn those effects off, or at least I do or my PC would explode.
As for the boss, I agree completely it looks terrible. This one moves around a bit and spawns in random locations in the desert but having it be announced to the whole world when it spawns is a bit much, everyone zergs it. Make them spawn at random times unannounced.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand that what happens when you remove the trinitiy...
You got 200 players there? You are going to get 200 hit effects per second (in fact, much more).
Every single player is a damage dealer, so the mechanic of the bosses can't be other than "hit hit hit hit hit hit hit..." and may be run away from time to time to pot yourself (since there are no healers), and then run back witht the rest of your 199 mates to "hit hit hit hit hit hit hit hit hit..."
Having Healers, tanks, buffers and other kind of assistance classes means that from 200 players only 80-100 will be damage dealers. It creates variation and calls for a bit of strategy when creating the partys and dealing with the world bosses.
Also the dragon should be much bigger and be more active (more movement, it stays stratic all the fight), and add some AOE attacks to kill 25+ players in a single hit. Antharas from Lineage 2 is a good example to learn from.
I think It is the first time they implement an open world boss, so I hope they learn from their mistakes and fix this.
/oldManVoice ON Back in my days, when I played Lineage 2, shits like this didn't happen... /OFF
We should all know by now it's all style and no substance from every new Korean MMO.
At some point we'll get a great complex and deep PVE MMO from the East. At least that's my dream. Make it so.
Yeah that won't happen. People will always find something wrong with every new game. It could be the greatest and most perfect MMO ever created, but people will always find something to complain about...
