player interaction/communication

jerombomjerombom Member UncommonPosts: 20
hi guys, I study Industrial Design Engineering and for a schoolproject I'm seeking PC MMORPG's in which player interaction play a big part in the game experience. I want to know more about the way players communicate with each other in these games and how this relates to the kind of relationship they have with different users (friends/family/partners). I want to find out if it's desirable to enrich this communication (i.e. by means of haptic feedback).

pls guys shoot me anything related to this topic, tnx!

Spend some time in Everquest, EVE Online, Furcadia, and Second Life. Very different communities with a lot of social interactions, both good and bad. If you can, get into a group/guild in each.

Good choices, then try one of the many F2P titles such as Tera, ArchAge or Aion and compare and contrast the differences.
