Granado espada id name help

am trying to make a granado espada account i am upto to bit where you have to type in your desired username. the problem is no matter what i type in, its saying its useable. am i doing something wrong. and i use english in the username or does it have to be korean? and help would be great.

    its sorted i have found out what to problem was and i cant delete the post sorry about posting ^^
