I haven't put a lot of time into this game yet, but what I have has been fun. It is also the only ARPG that I'm playing using a controller; but then it might be the only one I have that supports them. :) This is kind of a second golden age of ARPGs for me, what with D3 being greatly improved since Reaper of Souls (and the most recent patches), Grim Dawn coming along very nicely, Marvel Heroes being a lot of fun, the good if not great Van Helsing 1 (I don't have VH2 or the apparently DLC sized VH3), and Lost Ark Online on tap for next year possibly. Plus always having the fun to play Torchlight 1 & 2, with so many mods. Sacred 2 Gold is also one of the better ones that came after the original 'golden age' and before the current crop, yet is still worth playing. I kind of took a chance on Victor Vran (horrible game title) after watching just a few vids of it, but I'm very pleased with it!

Yeah, this has been a nice surprise. To me it has elements of Diablo and also Castlevania with the type of action they have supplemented. Mechanics are good too. Looking forward to how well this game grows over the next year. Good buy for the $$
