Agreed. Rouge is a rather nice pinky-red powder applied to give a 'blushing' look to the facial area.

I don't think you can be rouge in Dungeons and Dragons Online, sorry.

I meant the cosmetic rouge.

I would suggest that you take some rose petals and grind them with baking flour. THat should give you a nice rouge.
