The Neverwinter team will be hosting a special live stream Q&A with R.A. Salvatore, author of some of the most iconic books based in the Dungeons & Dragons universe. Neverwinter's next expansion will be sending players into the Underdark, home of Drizzt Do'Urden. Mr. Salvatore has written an entire quest line that will be featured in the Underdark.

to bad hes wasted his talent on a game on its way out the door. Go look at their forums and read their in game chat the chaos from the removal of AD from leadership and forcing certain activities is pissing everyone off and their hard line stance on it ensures people are going to be leaving in droves.

I pity this guy with the Q&A. I can foresee every question directed toward the Leadership AD issue. I know people in game are just waiting for this to take place to voice their anger. It could well turn out to be an absolute wrecking ball of an event. This guy needs to divorce himself quickly from the game - feign illness for this event or whatever. There is an old saying - Contamination by Association. Stay clear buddy.

Mr. Salvatore sure has fallen far if he supports this game in any way. It's an absolute D&D abomination. Gary Gygax is rolling over in his grave.

just goes to show you what authors will do for money now. I bet he did no research at all beforehand, I bet he has no idea what perfect world stands for in terms of gaming.

Yep they didn't see the writing on the wall when they didn't increase the AD conversion, they didn't see the writing on the wall when they didn't launch on the console with all of the expansions intact, they didn't see the writing on the wall when they delayed the new classes, they didn't see the writing on the wall when they said the pc launch was a beta for 3 whole months instead of the official launch, so I doubt they'll even notice although I could be wrong people on the console side usually don't take kindly to these kinds of things whereas the pc players are just zombies walking around walmart drooling. One of the reasons why I stopped playing on the pc side was due to the types of players I'd encounter simply allowing these companies to do anything they want and keep paying them for it.
