GameNet has announced that the open beta for Black Desert Online will begin on October 12th. The team will be on hand this weekend during Russia's Igromir games festival where players can interact with both BDO and the publishing team. GameNet will subsequently reveal more details about the open beta test. It is possible that October 12th will be the seven day early access event for bundle owners with the wider OBT coming a week after.

So far got to to test it, the leveling it's good so far very open world not bored with it at close to level 30 or so. Not sure in how much content that we are going get in NA or EU then what I seen in the korean BD. But arche age people will be happy that there no limit space to have a home so far what I seen I can be wrong.

Update: P2P server WILL NOT BE launched on October 5th or October 12th. Due to technical difficulties the launch of P2P server will be delayed for 1-2 weeks after the launch of F2P server.

My guess: the Koreans calculated that the income from P2P server will be much lower, but the interest for P2P server was much higher. So they are forcing players on to F2P server in order to earn some more money, and hoping more players will stay on F2P server.

Probably won't be that low in the Western versions. Most games are sold a exceedingly low prices in Russia to help combat the high amount of piracy that is present there. While it could be hard to pirate a MMO game that is locked down well enough, anything exceeding that point would be seen as far too pricey as a whole. That is the explanation that I've received some years back, at least.
Due to frequent travel in my youth, English isn't something I consider my primary language (and thus I obtained quirky ways of writing).  German and French were always easier for me despite my family being U.S. citizens for over a century.  Spanish I learned as a requirement in school, Japanese and Korean I acquired for my youthful desire of anime and gaming (and also work now).  I only debate in English to help me work with it (and limit things).  In addition, I'm not smart enough to remain fluent in everything and typically need exposure to get in the groove of things again if I haven't heard it in a while.  If you understand Mandarin, I know a little, but it has actually been a challenge and could use some help.

Also, I thoroughly enjoy debates and have accounts on over a dozen sites for this.  If you wish to engage in such, please put effort in a post and provide sources -- I will then do the same with what I already wrote (if I didn't) as well as with my responses to your own.  Expanding my information on a subject makes my stance either change or strengthen the next time I speak of it or write a thesis.  Allow me to thank you sincerely for your time.
