Fallout 4: One for All & All for One - No Platform-Specific DLC

Bethesda's Pete Hines has gone on record as saying that Fallout 4 DLC will be available for all platforms at the same time and that no deals have been made for platform-specific content.

If thats all that he said, he didn't say that the DLCs will be available at the same time, just that they are not doing exclusives. Developers often cite "reasons" why they somehow can't release a game or even DLC (lets say, a skin or costume etc., basically a texture, if you're lucky it's an actual model) on different platforms. As it's costs way too much to pick up DLCs as they are released anyways, that doesn't matter all that much though.

I'll wait to the day's end when the moon is high
And then I'll rise with the tide with a lust for life, I'll
Amass an army, and we'll harness a horde
And then we'll limp across the land until we stand at the shore

DLC for all platforms huh, platform agnostic game design. Once again I'm getting stuck with a console interface on my PC game because my keyboard and mouse are "flexible" enough to handle any sort of clunky UI elements you throw at all.  Design to the lowest common denominator, don't worry the PC gamers will deal with it.

God I miss the days of complex artistic UI's designed for keyboard & mouse and close up viewing, tons and tons of information all in one place, a hundred inventory items on screen all in one place with mouse over pop ups, drag and drops to Paper dolls, not a full screen view of ONE item at a time.  Typical console UI -> Open your menu FULL SCREEN pop up, click on a text based weapon category FULL SCREEN pop up, click on a weapon FULL SCREEN pop up,  your now three levels deep to look at ONE item, now back back back to look at something else.  The whole thing is design for someone sitting 10 feet away on their sofa.

I wish developers would design separate UI's for PC and Consoles.  I wish I wish I wish.
