I started to write this, then realized that I already know my opinions and might not fully understand others, so I thought it might be more interesting to get other peoples opinion and document / have a discussion about them here. i will update this thread with relevant bullet points as people comment. If you want me to list a game that i do not have, just add that in your post, and ill try to accommodate. This list is of the most popular MMORPG games active today. It will be nice to have a consolidated list for people looking for a new game or comparing games.

    I like it too.   It's ok not to like it though.

    I like it too.   It's ok not to like it though.
    Most games that are "tab target" these days you very really ever hit tab.  There are so many other options and key binds that the tab keys never gets used.

    I think mostly its still called "Tab Targeting" but its the mechanism that stands out regardless if you actually hit the "Tab" key. the mechanism being that your target gets specifically locked onto and all damage that you do is done solely to that target. in most cases this damage is done with no regard to your position vs your target, for instance.. acquire target, turn your back to said target, cast spell / swing sword and damage is done.

    Best atmospheric graphics imo...

    Well some of the best atmosphere environment graphics  (considering the time it was made especially) I agree but some of the worst character models I've ever seen sadly.

    Lol 2015 and people still getting snooty abd ekitist about tab-target as if it's the be all and end all of great gameplay.

    Subjective.  I'll go for fun.  Skipping what have not played in while which leaves GW2.



    Guild Wars 2:
        Good -
           - large world
           - much underwater gameplay
           - updated
           - high player population
           - variety activities
           - avoids themepark trappings with go anywhere anytime
           - supports windows vista
           - pretty scenery
           - awesome clothing dye system
           - Sylvari are sex gods bow down to us!
           -

        Bad -
           - some players suffer lag spikes
           - some players have trouble with the learning curve (no handholding you need to ask people for help, read forums, use wiki) which is not always bad but I'll list it as it frustrates some
           - more than half the game activities require jumping and your character cannot jump very high, double jump, or jump at all if there is lag
           - unrealistic over sized building constructions confusing me as to how anyone could make this?

        Ugly -
           - UI is obstructive (no way to get rid of screen words)
           - no modding
           - restrictive to the f2p community (should have been called trial)
           - copy and paste npc bandits (to many look alikes)
           - no control over personal character's voice (other than to turn it down in volume which also shuts off cutscene voices with no way to turn it back up during the cutscene)
           - any race that isn't Sylvari cause we're sex gods worship us!
           -
