It was all a trick.  Region IP Block in place.

    using a vpn sucks with mmo's.  its like 3-5 second lag.  so ip block sucks heheh.

    OK be warned the russian installer from Gamenet installed a hidden service called Thorn that was a little tricky to disable and get rid of.  Speculation it is a bitcoin farmer and the problems I had getting to disable I can believe it.
