Is the Shadow of Revan expansion now included if I just sub?

Hey, I might get a sub again for the new KOTFE expansion, as this is accessible by just subbing.
But how about the previous expansion (Shadow of Revan), does that content unlock too or is there a one off price to pay?

What happens if I level to max and my sub lapses and switches back to preffered?

    As i understood it it will be included with sub when expansion releases, not sure if it will be on early access on 20th or "launch" on 27th.

    If you sub and then stop you "keep" all content, so SoR should be kept, it was like that with previous DLCs.
