Errors!!!?!?! I need help now asap

OK when i go to configer the controls in that tiny windo mode i cant see any thing just the ff XI on the top and ok,help and cancel on the bottom.
Also when i go to play the game it says something about Tnl and system not ready for XI
Plz help me .

Uninstall the game and reinstall. Make sure you have the latest video drivers. Make sure you have the latest updates and patches for the play online service. Check to see that your desktop resolution is not to high or set to an unusual combination. Make sure your running DX8.1 at least. Then call the play on line tech support people. OR visist their website.
