I recommend staying far away from OVH.com.Terrible company, with almost no support, and no refund policy. Lies on the website about having 90 operating systems, but when you get there all you can choice from is LINUX. I need to stay away from foreign businesses lol.

    Its pretty common to use Linux on a server. Its rare and expensive to run a Windows server.
    Really the only people who run Windows servers are businesses that use it for windows domain authentication for their Windows desktop workstations that the employees use. Seriously. Even then you could just run Samba on a Linux server and do the same thing.
