I think it might be my graphics card.....???

in heroes of the storm.  by screen will flicker black on the ranked menu.  but not quick match or vs ai menu.  sometimes in the middle of game it will do it also.  I have tried to adjust the graphic settings but nothing seems to work.  from the lowest setting possible to the highest setting possible it flickers black.  im at a loss but its kind of annoying.  I thought it might be might graphics card but it only happens in HotS.  any ideas?

    Have you tried updating your drivers? I have always underestimated the importance of that. Now I always try that first (and often times it fixes the issues).

    Usually when you have a faulty graphics card, you will notice issues in several games. If it is only in one game (and one game mode), it is most likely not a faulty graphics card.

    If you really think about it, the card is just a piece of metal. It is the driver software that does all the magic.

    Does HotS have a full screen / windowed full screen option? Try swapping back and forth between the two if it does. One or the other mode has caused weird little problems for me in the past in some games.

    The other thing I can think of is that something might be corrupted in your local user files directory. Most online games will rebuild those local directories if you delete them (I had to do this with ESO recently as I was getting odd problems) - but check in their forums for a way to do it.

    Single game problems are not usually hardware issues.

    Try to lower the clock speed of your card by 500 at a time see if you can get it to stop.

    If it does, may be a card issue. But if it just does it in one game.. may just set it to where it works in that game and live with it.

    Be up to you and how old your card is is it in warranty and such if you can live with it if this works. 

    If the above does not change anything, would say a driver issue is likely.
