In Kanpani Girls, you take the helm of an all-girl merc company and can hire employees, upgrade buildings, and take the fight to your adversaries with teams of up to five characters.

    Tried it out, it's... pretty different than what you're used to from JRPGs. Most of the focus is on crafting a team capable of taking on tough missions. Really liked the art!
