Nexon has released its third quarter financial report that exceeds projections and shows net profits rising 41% year-over-year. Mobile revenue is up 7%, PC revenue is up 10%.

    Their modus operandi, make the item shop invaluable to your experience playing the game.  The more you play the more you have to purchase.  I realize it is a business, but I just don't support this form of it.

    Meh, I stopped playing Vindictus because unless you spend half your dang salary every month you can't have all the cool stuff. And since I hate, hate, hate grinding I refuse to spend 50+ years to get some good stuff. The school kids and people without a job can spend all their time and thus life on the grinding part. I'll prefer to buy, and now I stopped doing that. Everything is too expensive unless you're rich, aka a "whale".

    Obviously us posters here are in the minority, many gamers seem to like these type of games. I hear Nexon and start looking for another game.

    I play Atlantica Online but im more gimp than most players...It is definitely a pay to win game.....Nexon does do some nice things at times (just had a free level 130 event) but in the end they make their games to try and make money.
