It wasnt that great, but I will say why
The leaches/zombies all had same HP, but they probly plan to change it at release
In newbie area all their was to fight were..leaches/zombies, which really got boring, no really thats all their was to fight, dunno if that changes later or what but oh well
I liked playing as a dragon..WAIT..whats the point in playing a dragon? Almost all the races basiccly have the same hp, wth? A dragon with same hp as a human?
So im level 5, my human friend is level 5, we both have same hp..for example since I dont remember exactly what it was, I had 105 he had 105
Umm, theirs nothing much to see in the world, no bugs or anything, what I want in a MMORPG is to see animals roaming around, I heard maybe world of warcraft would do this, which is cool, no bugs eather, which asheron's call 2 had I think and anarchy had them
Then wheres the grass and plants on the ground all I saw were trees?
Umm, I loved AC because you got great loot from monsters, WoW will do this to, but thats peoples opinion, not saying Horizons doesnt get loot..but it not like AC its more for crafters
If your not a crafter DO NOT get this game, its totally geared towards crafters
even if your a crafter you WELL still need to fight for supplies to craft, so if your a pure crafter..dont get this game eather
Now theirs good stuff
I liked playing as a dragon, and they grow which is cool, I found some alot easier to play then other races myself, just because I dont have to worry about armor/weapons at all, and they get alot of armor in beggining, and can save for gold and stuff
The way you affect the world is cool, building bridges and stuff
But other then that, it wasnt that great..
Now I may get flamed, but oh well, this is my opinion, but all these features i put out are really in the game

I played the beta too and all I can say is this guy probably didn't play the beta for a very long time because he is wrong with most of what he said.

From what i saw in my two weeks of beta testing there was maggots (not leeches) zomviesm Gurok (or something) spiders, Dire wolves, Some sort of pygmies. All in the starter islands
As for the main island i didn't see much but what i saw impressed me.
Crafting in horizons rules it is hardcore fun, i loved it, the challange of trying to become a mason was immense for me i loved every min of it.
Good thing is you don't have alot of time to play, just sit down and craft a little bit, earn some money easy by seeling stuff to the consigners.
The game resolves around team work.
1 last point on a bad one was the fact there is no map, this would be a usefull feature for the game but if one is not implemented i won't mind. The game is going to be the next one that i buy.
*edit* Just wanted to say taht AC2 the loot sux worse than a camel with no teeth. You spend ages in a fellowship hunting down dillo's or whatever mob you are currently stalking for your level and then what happens someone either manages to get one good item or everyone turns loot into gold.

But you can play AC2 for a more stable game and is near identical graphicaly to Horizons engine and crafting concept. AC2 is free to play for 15 days.
