Im excited because of the combat system that they introduced. Being able to recognize what an enemy can do right away in combat early on will lead to more victories for me. :)
As an old-school MMORPG gamer, Albion reminds me of my first time in UO. That freedom, that feeling of enjoyment by simply doing "nothing" and being a part of a dinamic world.
I've been looking for a true sandbox mmorpg for a while. Player housing and a player run economy has grabbed my attention more than anything as in other MMORPGs this is what I spend the majority of the time doing. I'm usually a PVE player when not playing with the economy and professions but I want to get more into the PVP side of things. The art style has also caught my attention and looks great!
Just like with any game I play, it's a new world to explore. In Albion the stakes are high though due to the full loot pvp, reaching new ground is sure to be risky, but my curiosity must be satisfied. Albion brings a new open world sandbox to the plate and attempts to satisfy my curiosity in a true crossplatform open world environment.
I have been looking for a new game. I am a single dad of 5 and very busy with a disabled 3 year old son. I cherish my downtime and would love to give this game a shot. Everything I have seen on Twitch so far looks very promising
My cousin turned me onto the game a few months back. He swears it's going to be amazing, I'm much more of the wait and see type. Sounds like something I'd normally jump right into if it were live right now.
Well I thought there already was a game by this name...But it looks interesting...Sandbox game? Count me in! Interested in the idea of being just a trader myself.
looking forward to finding the next sandbox where it pays both to pvp and to pve.
RIP Ribbitribbitt you are missed, kid.

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed.
I'm excited for a return of the isometric MMO. I was first introduced to the genre with Ultima Online. After the countless third person titles, it will be nice to return to the beginning.

I think what I am most excited about is the PvP and the thrill of being out there hunting while you are being hunted. :)
