Lord of the Rings Online will be bringing in a new buff called Blessing of Valar that will allow players instantly level their characters to 95. It appears that this will be a store item, according to the preliminary patch notes. In addition, new housing decorations are featured in the store and many significant (and not-so significant!) bugs will be addressed as well.

In Lotro? No, you can't, probably not even if youve played 24/7 and used xp scrolls.
REALITY CHECK
Still, some people will buy it (though I suspect very few), and it'll have no real effect on anything else, so meh.
This might be good for some crappy generic Korean grinder where the story is better ignored anyway, but one of the best things about the game is the levelling story and exploring all the massive areas.

Which you can still do btw.

*************************************************** No you cannot get to 95 that fast.
From 93 to 100 in 3 days, most of the day spent playing, with the following active
a) additional XP from "resting state"
b) + 100 % XP overall from consumed items
c) + 100 % XP overall veteran weekend
d) + 100 % XP for killing and quests from consumed items
e) + 20 % for item XP
f) +25 % extra XP for kills while riding a warstead
g) extra bonus because freeps where winning in PvP zone
h) extra crafting XP from consumed items
i) extra reputation points from consumed items
(yes, i was emptying my storage ... using up most of the consumables).
I have a Lifetime account.
Have fun
"The U17.1 sneak peek part... the good, the bad and the ugly
Bad: (at least for me since spoke against insta levels since years, I'm sure it's a Good for some peeps), there will be a new Valar item, so if insta-lvl50 is not enough for some impatient people, now there will be an insta-lvl95 as well... with all the fluff (gear, consumables, 3 LIs, etc). I don't get it, LotRO has a great world... but if one wants to skip everything and jump to the end, it will be possible soon. For money, of course.
Good: housing changes (only a few, but that's still more than nothing), and especially the crafting. From U17.1 crafting stations arrive to houses. Maybe someone from the devs is playing Wildstar? which leads to the
Ugly: (or at least suspicious) there's a box which contains crafting mats on a daily cooldown. Like Wildstar's gathering nodes I guess. Time will tell how these boxes will affect the AH and crafting overall. But sure, it's more convenient than going out into the wild and mining / chopping trees / seeking old ruins / etc "
And as others already mentioned, no Reizla, you can't get to lvl95 in a week. Maybe in a month, if you know the game inside out, use every buff available (which is usually not everything Erillion listed above), and play several hours a day.
Still, I'd say go with the leveling instead and don't buy this item - though I've said the same for the lvl50 one and it was sold like candy anyways...
I guess I could see people with tons of alts doing it because they don't feel like doing it again but otherwise JUST NO, your missing the best part of this game by skipping to 95...... I mean it's LOTRO for christ sake..........
The problem with this though is leveling in this game is the best part.....

Yeah this is the only mmo where i don't want to skip quest. Really good content in this game. But if you have max level characters then sure why not.
I'm sure if it won't be too pricey, it will be a sought item as well - sadly, might I add, since Moria is great and with the revamp it's a nice ride, Lórien too, Isengard has a nice storyline, and Rohan... errr.... has cool music
