    Star Trek Online is an excellent game. I play it from 4 years. It's not P2W, because premium currency can be bought with one of in-game currency (dilithium).

    I love STO because it makes me feel like I'm a Real Captain of a spaceship. The combat is nice and most of all STO has The Defient in game. Best spaceship ever... I love you STO

    i would have to say the major point that keeps me interested in this title is the fact that they have given us the ability to customize our captain and abilities, allowing for many ways to combat the many enemies you encounter in the vast environment that is the known ST universe.
    You may have to spend some money on this F2P model to get there, but that isn't the worst thing that could happen if you are enjoying yourself. its good to invest in a game that provides a decent entertainment level.

    I only play it now and then purely because I'm a sucker for squad based games. Outside of that it's implemented poorly designed entirely around cash shop.

    My favourite part of Star Trek Online is the way it has helped me cope with my illness and got me doing something that I never thought I’d do and that’s play a MMO, without Star Trek Online I wouldn’t be the person I am today and may not even be alive it’s given me the time I needed interacting with others that having a mental illness stops you doing in the real world.

    I grew up watching Star Trek since I was a kid and I've seen everything there is to see at least 3 or 4 times, at this point. I just started playing in the last few months, the game is surprisingly fun and faithful to the core material as well with lots of nods and references to previous episodes and characters and such. A lot of fun to fly your favorite ships as well

    It's simple really. Star Trek saved my life. I had been close to taking my own life, when I saw an episode of TNG, (The measurement of a Man) and it changed my perspective completely. This game allows me to become part of a universe that quite literally saved me. For that, I shall be forever grateful.

    Star Trek Online is a great game - I have just recently got back into it, and love flying around as a scientific officer creating mayhem wherever I go. People I don't like? Suck them into a gravity well and explode them. People I do like? Extend super beams of sillyness to heal them up. Lots of fun with friends!

    I love Star Trek Online because of the many beautiful Ship designs and because of the waiting line in front of the Club-47 restroom.

    My favorite part about Star Trek Online is… it’s Star Trek! I can fly starships, fire phasers and photon torpedoes, beam down to planets, and totally geek out!

    I like Star Trek Online for being able to pew-pew in space with giant laz0rs. I also enjoy the new story missions which are well done. And I love being able to fly canon ships like the Defiant (T6 Valiant), Galaxy, Intrepid, etc.

    Star Trek Online is where I have fun with my closest friends.
    People that I know for yers in person, and many more great guys and gals that I've found there, always ready to help and bring fun to one another.
    The new ships are great, but even people with older or free vessles can have much fun in the game. :)

    Love STO and enjoy escorts.. mostly play tacs in sci ships due to no really good tac ships under my belt so this would change it all.

    I've always liked Star Trek and its "to boldly go where no man has gone before" theme.. and STO expands on it while also being a great game with plenty of fun to be had even without being a die-hard fan of the series. Plus you're flying spaceships, which is enough on its own!
