about 2 years ago I played this sailing/pirating game. You had a home base and gathered up materials and you used your tailor and your blacksmith and what not to craft pieces and 'gear' (sails, masts, cannons, hulls) and such that you could equip on the ships in your fleet. You then could travel in an almost open world sandbox to major city ports taking on quests or trading goods or hiring crew. Open world had roaming NPC ships and seemed few roaming players. turn based combat. was mostly historically accurate around the 17th century. Most ports were major cities names that exist today. Each section of ports was in a zone and you would have to sail to the end of the zone to open the zone map and travel to another area in the eastern countries. I am not sure exactly how accurate all these details are but i'm open to suggestions but I've lost many hours of sleep trying to find it, reddit was no help so trying my luck here. Please help I'll award 100 imaginary points to the winner
