Help me find this game (2)

I posted this in wrong thread on accident to begin with so if your viewing this again i apologize.

About 3 years ago I played this game, You had a home fort/area and you produced resources and had your blacksmith or carpenter produce different levels or grades of sails, cannons, and hulls and such. Those could be equipped to your ships you had in your fleet. Game was mostly free sail and had roaming npc ships of different types like attack (Galleons) and trade ships (Transporters). You could attack them and go into a turn based combat or visit ports (Named after major cities in about 17th century) and buy ships there, pick up and purchase trade goods like silk, wine, and other trade items. The value of those goods were based off a supply and demand system per port so that you could  sail from one port to the next and either make gold off sale'n the goods or loose money if you decided to sale them. You could also add either attack ships or transport ships to your fleet that delt with how much damage you could deal or goods you could transport.

I've asked in a few forums for help and have not found it.

I know it is not

Assassins Creed
Sid mirs pirates
Journey
Port royal (really close)
a few others. Believe this game was FTP and browser baised but I could be wrong. If you think it'll help please respond i've lost sleep hunting down this game.

Uncharted Waters Online (I don't remember combat being turn-based) or Voyage Century perhaps

Uncharted Waters Online is the one you're talking about. I LOVED that game prior to it being screwed over by mismanagement. It's still available, Free to Play on Steam if you look for it. Apparently it still has a decent population base, but be prepared for some major, and I mean MAJOR game-breaking mechanics. It's not even remotely close to the game it used to be a few years back.

By turn based combat, I assume you're remember the cannon salvo reload times. In essence, yes, it is turn based in that manner; you have to wait for your cannons to reload to fire another shot, just as your enemy does. Everything else you mentioned though is definitely UWO.

I think you are talking about Pirates of the Burning Sea (POTBS). Released in 2008. Great game. A game like Pirates! with nations and classes to pick from and much better than Uncharted Waters Online.

Great game. Loved the pve and pvp combat as well as the crafting system. The fact that your ship could get actually be destroyed when its durability hits 0 (usually 3 points durability; -1 when sunk) added a lot of fun and thrill to the game, especially when you were sailing special crafted ships.
